* **Clear Objectives**: Clearly define the goals of the event, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

#### **2. Role & Responsibility Distribution**:

* **Defined Duties**: A clear breakdown of roles and responsibilities helps in ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
* **Accountability**: Each partner is accountable for their assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.

#### **3. Branding & Promotion**:

* **Shared Visibility**: All partners' logos and messages should be equally represented in promotional materials, banners, and event documentation.
